Conduct in Any Condition of Visibilty Review
 
 1. Collision Regulations require the operator of a pleasure craft to :
 
A Keep watch for good anchoring locations and marinas.
B Keep watch for vessels flying foreign flags and report any sightings to the Coast Guard.
C Maintain a proper look-out by sight, hearing and any other methods and continually evaluate risk of collision.
